Conditions of stay

The prices are intended per person and day.
Do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we may take your particular needs into account.

Prices include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels, WI-FI connection, ski storage with boot heater, bike storage, outdoor parking;

Prices do not include:
The tourist tax and final cleaning costs.
Final cleaning for Apartment 1 and Apartment 3: 60 Euros.
Final cleaning for Apartment 2, 4 and 5: 80 Euros.

Additional paid services:
Equipped laundry room, daily cleaning, midweek linen change, fresh and local products directly from the farmer.

Reservation and confirmatory deposit:
The booking is considered final only after the payment of a confirmatory deposit equal to 30% of the amount of the stay and our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer:

Terms of payment:
The bill for the stay can be paid in cash or by bank transfer (in this case the balance of the stay must be paid at least 3 days before your departure).

Conditions in case of cancellation:
(in line with the current AGBH 2006 Hotel Industry Terms and Conditions)
More than 3 months before the arrival date, the deposit is refunded;

From 3 to 1 month before the arrival date, 40% penalty on the entire booking amount;
From 1 month to 1 week before the arrival date, 70% penalty on the entire booking amount;
Last week before the arrival date, 90% penalty on the entire booking amount;
 
Arrivals and departures:
For late arrivals, early departures or unoccupied beds the price will be fully charged.
Check-in from 3pm to 9pm (after 9pm only upon prior notice). Check-out by 9.00am.

Travel insurance:
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation, interruption and/or delayed arrival insurance with your insurance company.

Animals:
By prior agreement, pets (not puppies) are allowed at a price of 15.00 Euros per pet per day, provided that the owners of the animals accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their animals and undertake to never leave them alone in the apartments.

No smoking:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Furniture:
Since our structure is furnished with natural materials and not treated chemically or with solvents, please pay the utmost care and attention not to stain or scratch them. This applies to all the wooden parts and the fine fabrics that furnish the structure.
